Discovery, strategy, setup, project deposits, retainers, reserved developer/media capacity and completed deliverables may be retained to the extent already earned or committed. Cancellation after commencement does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp/API credits, hosting, domains, software licences, production vendors, media inventory and other third-party charges are governed by their own policies and may be non-refundable.
Late payment may cause service suspension, rescheduling, loss of inventory, campaign learning disruption or other operational consequences. The client may remain responsible for committed fees and costs while an account is paused, where permitted by the SOW and law.
Any commercially approved refund is processed after reconciliation of completed work, outstanding dues, lawful deductions and third-party commitments. Please send billing or refund queries to info@magixmarketing.in.
