The timeline for delivery of digital services is specified in individual project proposals and client agreements. Due to the digital nature of our services, delivery constitutes the commencement of marketing campaigns or the transfer of digital assets.

3. Payments

Payments for our services are processed securely through certified payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the designated payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Magix Marketing Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of digital marketing, web development, and branding services, Magix Marketing Solutions strictly adheres to a No Refund policy.

Once a project has commenced, resources have been allocated, or digital assets have been created and delivered, all payments made are considered final and non-refundable. This includes initial deposits, retainer fees, and full campaign payments.

2. Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an ongoing retainer or subscription marketing service, we require a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Any payments already processed prior to the cancellation notice will not be refunded, and services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Ad Spend and Third-Party Fees

Any funds allocated for advertising budgets (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) or third-party software purchases on your behalf are non-refundable through Magix Marketing Solutions. Refunds for such expenses, if applicable, must be requested directly from the respective third-party platforms according to their individual policies.

Internship Terms

By accepting an internship position at Magix Marketing Solutions, the intern agrees to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality & NDA

The intern acknowledges that during the course of the internship, they will have access to confidential information regarding Magix Marketing Solutions' clients, marketing strategies, algorithms, and business operations. The intern agrees to keep all such information strictly confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party during or after the internship.

2. Intellectual Property

All work, designs, code, copy, strategies, and materials created by the intern during the internship remain the sole and exclusive property of Magix Marketing Solutions.

3. Certificate Issuance

Internship completion certificates and verification IDs (Magix Reg No) are strictly issued at the discretion of the management, dependent upon successful completion of the tenure and assigned projects. Magix reserves the right to terminate the internship without certification if the intern breaches conduct or performance standards.
