INTERNSHIP / CREDENTIAL CHARTER
Internship & Credential Charter
This framework explains general expectations for Magix internship engagements, including attendance, project conduct, evaluation, certification and public credential verification.
1. Internship nature
An internship is a structured learning and work-experience engagement. Duties, duration, schedule, mentor structure and whether the placement is paid or unpaid are determined by the specific offer or charter issued to the intern.
2. Attendance & conduct
Interns are expected to meet agreed attendance, communication, confidentiality, task and professional-conduct requirements. Repeated non-participation or non-compliance may affect completion status.
3. Evaluation
Completion can depend on assigned milestones, submissions, attendance, reviews, practical work and mentor feedback. Completion certificates are not automatic merely because an internship was started.
4. Certificates & verification
Certificates and credential IDs may be issued after satisfactory completion and verification. Magix may provide a public verification URL and LinkedIn-compatible credential information where applicable.
5. Work product & confidentiality
Interns must protect confidential business information and comply with instructions concerning client data, repositories, credentials and internal materials. Ownership and permitted portfolio use of project work are governed by the applicable internship documentation.
6. No guaranteed employment
An internship, certificate or project participation does not by itself create a promise of permanent employment, placement, salary, client deployment or future engagement unless separately offered in writing.
